Our employees systematically check the condition of each parcel upon delivery. If a parcel appears to be damaged, we immediately carry out a more thorough check. If the item is damaged, we will inform you immediately so that no time is lost.

Our administrative staff are trilingual and always make an appointment before planning an assignment. They are trained to take as much information as possible in order to facilitate the intervention and anticipate any complications.

Our professional teams have the tools and skills to deliver or assemble any type of furniture.

After each intervention, our staff writes a report. This report is then signed by the employee responsible for the assignment and the end customer. This report is then sent to you the following business day (or your are contacted directly if needed), together with any relevant documentation.
